Cecelia Webber artist takes pictures of naked people and then spend hundreds of hours on her computer, they transform into her beautiful floral creations. Her designs are carefully placed on the forms they need and then digitally Cecelia cuts, rotate and color of the organs and limbs to produce its finished to create images.
